Returns and Refunds
Change or cancel an order:
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it has been placed contact our sales team by contacting us on seatreats@harvestpetproducts.com or telephone us on 01469 560222 within 24 hours. You will be required to quote the order number and the date the order was placed.
Provided the processing has not yet started, our sales team will be able to cancel the order. If your products have already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.

Returns procedure:
We hope you will be pleased with your order. Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to refund a product. Please see our refunds policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
To arrange a return for a product please email us at seatreats@harvestpetproducts.com or telephone us on 01469 560222 between 9am and 4pm Monday – Friday. We must be notified of all returns by email or telephone within 14 days of the delivery of the product.
Please note: The price of the item will be refunded to the purchaser once it is received by us. We will refund the original delivery charge in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Sending and packing your return:
Please enclose your delivery note with the return stating the reason for the return. Return the package in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition, to ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Refund policy:
Sea Treats is dedicated to ensuring you and your dog are happy with our products, prices and service. Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to refund a product, provided it is in its original and undamaged packing. We must be notified of all refunds by email or telephone within 14 days of the delivery of the product.
If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory right.
Delivery charges:
We will refund the original delivery charge in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or incorrect. The delivery charge will not be refunded if this product is simply unwanted.
Faulty returns:
Should any of our products be found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer and must be notified by email or telephone within 14 days of the delivery of the product..
